Your tenants do not need to leave their home to top-up or enter long codes. Top-ups can be made at www.pay4energy.com, or dialling our top-up line, or pay in cash at their local store with a Paypoint terminal.
The top-ups are normally delivered automatically to their phone within seconds.
We are currently testing the functionality to allow your tenants to even set up an auto recharge for their meters when their balance goes low.

Backup token codes
Each of our meters communicates with us through a built in 4G SIM card which is an extremely reliable means of communication.
However, very occasionally there may be outages in the mobile phone network. In this case, unlike our competitors we automatically detect a delay and send out a manual token code. This code can be entered directly into the meter through either the integrated or remote keypad. So your tenants can be sure to get the top-up that they have paid for.

We recognise our social responsibilities as much of our client base are socially disadvantaged, so we aim only to make a modest profit. We do not charge a daily standing charge - instead we take 15% of the payments that we collect from your tenants to cover our costs.
Unit rates are set so that you will fully cover the cost of your electricity bills.
We don't charge a standing charge which greatly simplifies and reduces the costs of vacant periods between tenancies. But unlike some of our competitors, our meters can accurately bill for day / night / weekend tariffs and recover the landlord's standing charges.

Although the previous system was good, this addresses the areas where we felt that it, and our competitors' systems could be improved.
