Pay4Energy Portals - Simple to Use but very Powerful
We have designed our Landlord's Portal to see the see the status of all your meters and sites at a glance.
Each site has a dashboard where you can see the balance and recent top-ups to each meter and charts.
Using our Wizard you can easily change the tariffs (including night / day and night / day / weekend, with Standing Charge recovery.
Invite your colleagues to the Portal with various access rights is a breeze, as is controlling your tenancies.
When you have a void period you can set the meter to a Free Vend so that there is electricity in the flat for builders, etc. You can directly add credit to meters at the start of new tenancies...... and much more.
There is a Tenant Portal where they can access just their meter (or meters). This is optional as tenants do not need to login to top-up.
